year 2012

♡ make yourself a thread so your friends can leave you messages with their thoughts about you, their wishes for you for next year, etcetera.
♡ you can also leave yourself a message... anything that you can look back on next year and reminisce about.
♡ on january 8th, 2013, this post will be set to private and put away. in december of 2013, it will be re-opened and then you can look through your old comments from the year before and do with them what you will.

--Okay, screw the small message.

If you've gotten to this point, then I'm proud of you. It means that you've been out of school for half of a year, maybe less or more. You might go to community college. You might wind up becoming a cartoonist or video game maker that you've wanted to be for so long. Maybe you're still living with dad, and you're trying to make a living at this point.

Know that you'll have succeeded beyond the expectations I set when I was 7. That I wouldn't make it past 18, that I'd die in some freak accident or through one of my little white lies or god forbid, from one of my relatives.

If you see this, you've lived. You've done what you never thought was possible, and I'm so proud. I'm really proud--more than anything, I'm just so glad that you've gotten this far, and I wanted that more than anything. To be proven wrong, to just be able to live and not worry about the horrible things that are thought of nightly. Here's to hoping those thoughts are curbed when all's said and done.

...I know this is the last thing you want to hear, but you might need to start trusting people who's faces you can see at some point. It's okay--I know you've been scared for years of trusting people because of shit you've gone through in middle school. I know...I know. It's not an easy thing to get over.

But if you live, are successful, and may even be holding onto something steady jobwise? You'll have made me proud. I want to see you succeed, and grow up to be somebody. I want you to prove to the world you aren't just some weirdo who sits by herself at lunch.

And most importantly? I want you to get help. Not the kind from the school, obviously, since they wouldn't know anything if it hit them in their heads. Real, professional help. You need it, because it's a pretty clear fact that there's a fear of functioning on your own.

...Just do your best, okay? Keep going. Keep going.

Okay, okay, enough joking. Man, we've only met, what, a month ago? It feels like forever already. We've been through so much. And honestly, I've loved every second of it, good and bad, because I've been with you. Just, the crap you've helped me through... you've been an amazing friend, and I really hope I've been the same for you sometimes.

I really hope we can hang out a lot in Ads, and Ryoji and Rhyme will still have memes and museboxes. No matter what anyone else said, I like their relationship. And I like you. So I hope you don't mind putting up with me a little longer.

I know we don't talk too much anymore, but I'm glad to know you. I sincerely hope that things have gone well for you in this time; I know you have a lot on your plate, with being in college and everything. I don't know how you deal with it really, but if you've gotten this far, it must be something!

I really hope that things have gone well, at this point; I worry about you from what you've said, and if at any time over the year you need someone to come to...I'll do my best to be there. If you need some help when you see this again, the offer will stay the same.

I don't know what the year will have in store for you, but I hope that it's been better for you than anything else. I mean this; I'm kind of worried about you a lot of the time, and if anything, I just want you to be okay when this time comes around again.

I hope for the best for you. I hope that you can live a good, healthy and amazing life. I hope that you can continue having fun with life, and whatever you're doing at this point. Be it roleplaying, or something else entirely.

This year, we met on a glorious night of February 22nd, and we immediately clicked! A few months later, we met up at Tamacon. I, being Marchy, was so distracted didn't get to pay much attention. AND I'M SO SORRY. Fast forward into July and we're closer than ever ♥ We'd call each other and rant about people that we don't really like.

I am unsure how 2012 was for you, but considering you met me this year and seen me lots of times.

On 2013, hopefully we'll be closer and we'll be as open to each other as we say we are. I'm always here for you okay?

Here's to more late-night skype calls, bubble tea and EXO101 dates.

Hi future V-chan! Right now you are still growing and growing, and it's fun to watch you~! How much did you grow this year?? Did you smile lots and lots? You better have!!

I hope you got to play lots of good video games and do lots of fun rps! I'm sure we'll still be friends when you read this, so make sure I don't forget to read it too. |D;

Umm...you just finished exams! You are shipping your muses with everyone...and as someone with years old muses let me tell you that never stops. You probably just have a hundred more ships now.

Umm...You haven't watched Supernatural yet, and we love the crap out of vocaloids. That will likely still be the same of future me.

You enable all my muse ideas....hmmm. Oh! We just came up with two VDR event ideas, hopefully those happened and were awesome.

Little sister!!! I didn't see you a lot this year - or at least, it didn't feel like that. Buuuut do you remember Anime North back in May IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE EVER and I was kind of lost and nervous because omg so many people and omg so much stuff I want to buy I must exercise self-restraint like none before--

Congratulations on surviving your first semester of university! It certainly feels different than high school, doesn't it? Not workload wise - I'm sure it's just as tough, if not tougher, than other programs because there are all these projects you had to pull all-nighters for - but in terms of how you manage your time now. Everyday is a new challenge, and I hope you accept them, cope with them with your bouts of anxiety and depression. You've been through a lot this year, from adjusting to a new environment to having more independence and freedom, so use it to your advantage!

Thank you for the wishes in the other post, I hope I do not disappoint anyone, especially myself. orz It's going to be tough switching back to an academic lifestyle but I'll fight alongside you guys!!

Now before I ramble on further and possibly reiterate myself from what I wrote in your holiday card, I will stop and just give you all my blessings for the new year.

So you managed to hold two jobs at the start of 2013. Here's hoping you still have a job by the end of 2013 or moved to the job that you actually want to do. Here's hoping the end of the world isn't happening by the time you read this too lol.

I know you were thinking it early 2013 and I hope that you were able to get the closure you got and have moved on. Though with how long you've been RPing, it's probably not the last haha. If not, well maybe 2013 wasn't the right time for it. Your family can only support you for so long and hopefully you've reached a point where you can start managing your own income without borrowing.

And get better internet, omg the internet. Here's to 2013, where things will hopefully start going up for us.

i'll like to think after this year our friendship is strong enough to withstand anything. i think you've grown alot as a person this year, it would still be neat if we could find ways to hang out and meet up in person in the future someday

HEEHEE HI ATE KORINA MY MODEL-WORTHY FRIEND. We only started talking this year but thanks to that tall skinny perfect guy it wasn't awkward at all. LOL we were one of the few people who didn't get drunk during that sleepover even if Ate Sachi kept teasing us and haha wala lang nagagandahan talaga ako sayo. Hahatakin kitang magmodel para sa ~portfolio~ ko sometime ah ;u;
