Holy shmow there goes (went?) another year. You became an "adult" on paper, on 2012. Can you believe it? Yeah I know! I don't really feel it either. It's all in the mind, and you're only as young as you act, they say. But sooner or later we're gonna have to grow up. Pay bills and all that complicated adulthood jazz. --Hey, but don't cry about it like you did before, alright? You've got the friends supporting you, and a loving family. And of course, the blessing of the Lord Above. Always, always treasure them. Remember! "Things will work out somehow!" and "Once you've gone all the way down the only direction left is up!" Jeez I should really make a motivational Word file for us.

You've made lots of good friends this year, online and offline; and I'm really proud. I hope even after a year you're still in touch! And if fate is willing even closer than before! It would be nice too if you stopped getting lonely so easily. It's not bad to have a little time to yourself, now and then.

I respect your ambition! I know we've came up short a lot, academically. Always a smidge away from a medal. And after becoming disheartened, you had this whole lazy phase in high school. But! No more! You've made Dean's List, right?! You promised your mom! And me!

Still, I hope school hasn't taken over your life. You better have started independent writing again! Too many unprocessed ideas. Do you know how much of a shame that is? Tsk tsk. Guilt-trippin' ya. What I'm more confident about though is that you've surely become a better RPer. Our CR have gotten deeper, and the development of a muse more thorough and meaningful. I'm really grateful! This hobby's done us a lot of good. And I honestly can't see us stopping any time soon. That day would make me pretty sad, I think.

Haha, what kind of a way to end is that? Let's leave on a good note! I love you, future Eli! Through the ups, and through the downs. Who knows what's in store? You may cry a lot, but you're no quitter. I believe in you.
