by the time you read this, you will have been married for about 6 months. i hope the wedding was a good time and that you don't stress yourself to death about it. i hope that gary still wants your silly ass around. i hope that you enjoy having a shorter last name. i hope you're not already pregnant, but at least one step closer to being ready for children. (or five steps. some kind of progress, please?)
i hope you're considering your career. i hope you vowed to your husband to be the best you can be and not a total lump like you have been your whole life. don't float through life anymore, self. you've been doing it for 25 years and it's time to be a real person. i hope in 2013 you have learned how to be an adult and not constantly feel like a confused child.
